Payment Methods

The Supply Room accepts a variety of payment methods including: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, IMPAC Credit Cards, check, and money order. Credit will be extended on authorized purchase orders of local, state and government agencies. Terms are Net 30 days. All other orders, prior to shipment must be paid in full by check, money order, or credit card. We will make partial shipments to meet customer deadlines. Partial invoices must be paid within our payment terms. Some customers may qualify for other forms of payment. Please call a Supply Room representative at 1-800-458-5180 for more information.

Account verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order matches the information on your credit card account.

Security codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Discover, Mastercard, Visa) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Special Pricing

The Supply Room offers special pricing to government, education, and wholesale accounts. The Supply Room website defaults to retail pricing. Sign in to view your accounts special pricing.

Contact a customer service representatives at 1-800-458-5180 to apply for special pricing, or to get your accounts username and password for sign in.

Education Pricing

The Supply Room offers special pricing to schools, teachers, administrators, and staff members. We also offer special pricing for home-schooling programs, pre-kindergarten, and purchases made on behalf of students. Education pricing may also be referred to as School pricing. First-time customers must pay by credit card until a credit inquiry is performed. Education accounts may be paid by credit card or purchase order, and are to be paid by Net 30.

U.S. Government & Military Pricing

The Supply Room offers special pricing to U.S. government and military agencies, including: local, state, and federal government employees and agencies, and military units.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale accounts must pay by credit card, check, or COD by NET 30. First time customers must pay by credit card until a credit inquiry is run.

The Supply Room periodically offers promotions and/or coupons via mailouts or web promotions. Promotions and coupons may be used online and over the phone unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing is usually applied at the time of your purchase.
